Altea

Altea is a town and municipality located in the province of Alicante, Spain, north of Alicante on the section of Mediterranean coast called the Costa Blanca.

At present, the economy of Altea is based on tourism, which started to grow in the 1950s because of its good weather, beaches and the labyrinthine streets with whitewashed house-fronts that characterize the town. Altea is protected on the north by the bluffs of the Serra de Bèrnia, creating an especially mild microclimate. Its seafront esplanade is planted with palms.

Altea Golf Cub

Following the remodelling that took place during 2006, which represented an important transformation of the path, currently Altea Golf Club stands out because despite the fact that it only has 9 holes, a golfer can actually enjoy an 18-hole round

Creation of various tee-offs per hole allows a configuration of its 9 holes in two completely different rounds, hence allowing the golfers to enjoy a more entertaining and attractive round.

The 4 holes that change par stand out, that is par 5 of hole 3 has been turned into a spectacular par 4 in the 2nd round, which is likewise the case with par 4 in hole 4, which is also played like a great par 3, or par 3 of hole 6 that is completed with a new par 4 or the extremely long par 4 of hole 8 that can be enjoyed as a recuperation par 5. Along with these hole 5 has been shortened in 100 metres and hole 1 has had its fairway modified, all this along with the construction of 4 new bunkers.

Altea Markets

Altea market is a very big market of clothes, purses, bags, shoes, art, food and so many other things. It is filled with people bargaining for the perfect bag or any other items. It is crowded as it should and filled with goods at great prices. When the sun gets too hot you can stop for a drink and sit down in the shadow relaxing.

Chill in one of the two pools...

Feel like having a relaxing day without going too far. Behind the appartments there is a petite swimming pool and kids pool with sunbeds.
